Post Race Survey
Be sure to take our survey AFTER the 2009 Bridge Run.
As we move forward and plan for the future, we want and need to hear from you! We are conducting a study to determine your satisfaction with the economic, social and environmental impacts of the CRBR on the Charleston Area.
Your involvement is very valuable to the success of the project. The information you provide will help ensure that the CRBR maintains its quality for all participants. Please complete the brief survey. All responses are voluntary and anonymous.
Blog Closed. Thank you for all your support!
For agreeing to participate in the CRBR study, you will be entered into a drawing for race-related prizes provided by CRBR coordinators! All prize winners will be notified by July 31, 2009.
As part of our efforts to go green, the bridge run has partnered with "PickupPal" an eco-rideshare program. People interested in ride sharing or carpooling on race day, are invited to sign up for a PickupPal account and become members of a growing dynamic community. It's free to join and to use. Click here to carpool to the race!
The Bridge Run will be using a new timing system for the 2009 race. The ChronoTrack D-Tags are a new disposable tag with many benefits, including; accurate time tracking, no fees for lost or unreturned tag, less hassle post race, lighter, less intrusive tag, easier to attach to shoe, no pre-race check in and no post race tag turn in.
The tag comes attached to your bib number and must be attached to your shoe before the race. For more information and instructions on attaching the tag, click here.
Grants
In 2006 the Cooper River Bridge Run created a fund at Coastal Community Foundation (CCF) to distribute grants to Lowcountry non-profit organizations that advance the CRBR objective of the promotion of regular physical activity for a healthy lifestyle. Applicants are encouraged to focus on the following outcomes; public awareness of the importance of regular physical excercise; providing opportunity for regular physical exercise; and/or increasing opportunity for participation in the CRBR by underserved populations.
