Running has been proven to clear your mind and let all of your worries disappear. While running, your mind is directed to paying close attention to every step and breathe you take. - Running and other physical activities allow your body to produce endorphins. These are chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers. By producing endorphins this will improve your body’s ability to sleep in which turns into reduced stress.
